Menu includes: Guacamole; mushrooms in banana leaves; cactus salad, tamales (chicken, pork, mushroom), Oaxaca “pizza” (grilled tortillas topped with mixed vegetables, and skirt steak; Cornish hen with mole sauce and sesame seeds; steamed rice, barbecued lamb shank with watercress; roasted fillet of cod with zucchini, pumpkin seed and tomato; flan dessert.
