Botanic Gardens LightScape Event Report - Sunday, December 1, 2019 

Sixteen hardy LSSC members and friends came out to the Botanic Gardens in the drizzle and slight chill to see the first ever Lightscape show presented this year.  We carpooled from Max’s Deli – we had three Garden members who generously loaded us up so we were able to park for free.  Dave Herd and his wife Judith met us at the Gardens’ lobby to get their tickets…though Dave forgot to go back out for Judith who was being held by security waiting for tickets.  But all ended well! 

The music and lights were beautiful with the Singing Trees being a favorite.  After about an hour’s stroll we headed back to Max’s Deli for hot soup and sandwiches and a gasp at the size of Dave Gordon’s omelet!  Great way to start the holiday season.
