This is the ULTIMATE cooking demonstration at the Metropolitan Club, most distinguished private club in Chicago. Executive chef, Greg will explore the Asian Fusion scene by preparing appetizers, entrees, and desserts in the luxuriously appointed Michigan Room. The Michigan Room located on the 66th floor boasts a most spectacular views of Chicago lake front and skyline. We will began our evening with a glass of wine, beer, or soft drink followed by the cooking demonstration. Attendees will be invited to part take in food preparation with the chef.
