Here's a twice-a-month list of suggested rides for this season. With this advance notice, you have more time to schedule
participation. There are usually 6 to 20 riders who show up, with some riders who go farther and faster (15-18 mph), while
others who keep a more moderate pace (10 mph). Feel free to bring or find a buddy who matches your pace.
To join any ride, just show up at the designated departure place and be prepared to ride for an hour or two - then we stop
for lunch - and of course ride back.
Some rides will have no leader per se - so be prepared for most rides to be "show-up and go."
RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK. These rides are not sponsored by any individual or organization. We're friends who
choose to ride together, and each individual takes responsibility for their own safety and assumes their own personal risks.
For Safety's Sake: have tires properly inflated (check before every ride) and carry at minimum: water, phone, helmet,
extra inner tube and basic quick-fix bike tools. A pump is also handy, but someone usually has one.
Maybe carry a snack, and you'll need lunch money.
Want to add another "bike & go", and lead it? Email the particulars to summer-events.director@lssc.org to get it added to the list.
Unless indicated otherwise - assume all riders will meet at 9:30 a.m. and begin the ride at 9:45 a.m.
