Less than 3 hours drive from Chicago lies Holland, Michigan… join us there to enjoy their XC trails on this short weekend getaway! Staying at the Haworth Inn will allow us to enjoy the charming downtown area. Sidewalks are heated, so shopping is always an option even if there is 20 inches of snow on the ground (hope hope). Ski rentals are available in town and at Pigeon Creek Ski area. Holland also is a great place to see icebergs on the lake and ice-encrusted lighthouses. Other possible activities include snowshoeing through the Lake Michigan dunes or even sledding! The fun shops and art galleries of Saugatuck are nearby. And as always, the club offers a free ski lesson. This is a self-drive trip, so contact the trip leader or assistant if you need a carpool.

This trip includes double occupancy lodging at the Haworth Inn, generous continental breakfast, and a Wine and Cheese Party. Transportation is not included. Free cross-country ski lessons are dependent on instructor availability.
