Welcome to LakeShore Ski and Sports Club
of Chicago (LSSC), the largest ski club in the Chicagoland area with 550+ members. LSSC has a year-round activity schedule of Western/European & Midwest ski & cross-country trips, as well as bicycle, tennis, sailing, golf and social events.

Our membership comes from Chicago, the suburbs, and from as far away as Taos and San Diego. It includes singles and couples interested in socializing, meeting new people, networking, and making lifelong friends.

Take a look at where we're going skiing in 2007-2008:

Western/European ski trips: Aspen, Big Sky, Park City UT for New Years, Steamboat, Vail, Wengen Switzerland.

XC ski trips: Quebec City Canada, Methow Valley WA, Minocqua WI, Holland MI, Telemark WI, Park City UT for New Years.

Midwest ski trips: Granite Peak, Devil’s Head, Chestnut Mountain, Cascade Mountain, Shanty Creek CSMC Winter Carnival.

We're the club of choice for skiers and snowboarders of all abilities with our full program of Ski Instruction and NASTAR Racing.

Take a look at what we did this past summer:

• Bicycle trips to Spring Green WI, Port Washington WI.
• Outdoor tennis events at various Chicago locations.
• Charity golf event for the Susan Komen “Rally for the Cure”
• Mingles at free concerts at Millennium Park.
• Sport Events including Cubs game and White Sox game.
• And our Annual Picnic held in August.
